Should you lose your job simply because you claimed compensation? This frequently asked question is on almost every working persons mind. The answer to this question is NO. When a person claims compensation they are not supposed to lose their job because they have done so. Workers compensation is meant to help people that have been working and are injured get through the tough times. Without receiving workers compensation it would make it hard for many people to financially do the things they need to do while recovering from an injury.
Workers compensation or workers comp is simply compensation for injured workers. It is in place to help those injured workers get through their injuries without having to worry about how to pay their bills and how to put food in their mouths. Workers compensation is not supposed to be a way to cause people to lose their jobs, instead it is supposed to be a sort of helping hand.
People should not fear losing their jobs just because they claim compensation, they should not have that on their minds. Instead they should take the time they have to worry about getting better and getting back on the job. Losing your job because you claim compensation is absurd, if it was meant to trick you into losing your job bosses that want their workers back on the job would not suggest it.
So for all those injured workers out there that are afraid to claim compensation, fear no longer. Claim compensation and stop worrying about losing your job because of it. Workers comp is your way of getting through your injuries without worrying yourself to death. It is made to help you not hurt you and I personally do not think that anyone expects you to work through a broken legs or something of the sort. As a child, summer was always my favourite time. We used to spend hours playing about in fields, swimming, and building dens. I always seemed to be wearing a pair of rollerskates - the castors on them would such a familiar sound to me. The best bit about it, at the time, was the fact we didn't have to go to school. Now, as I have grown, I've started to appreciate different aspects of those hot summer days. It's a time of complete relaxation and happiness. When the sun is out, everyone seems just slightly more cheerful. It's a time, for me, of reflection. I love nothing more than laying on the hammock in my garden, simply enjoying being outside. My husband enjoys working on our garden, and the fruit and vegetables he grows provide fresh, organic dinners, which we eat on the deck as the sun goes down. Summer is my favourite time of year, and even though I am now a grown woman, the novelty of not having to work, and doing absolutely nothing productive, still hasn't worn off! |

There are some things about parenting that some people should know before they embark on parenting. This is because if at any one chance they neglect their kids, then they will be taken away from them. People think that this is usually a joke but it is in the law. There are very many things and choices that constitute the parental rights law act. Parents are very important people because they will be taking care of very helpless babies who cannot take care of themselves. There are a lot of choices that the parents are supposed to make for their kids. They are supposed to determine what school they go to. They can choose to take their kid to either a private day school, a private boarding school or they can choose to take their kids to a public school. Just as long as the kids get an education because that is one of their rights. Another area that parents also make a choice on is when it comes to the religion that the kids will follow though moist kids change when they become adults. |
