Given a chance, the ministry of trade and development realized that consumers can really complain if they are allowed to air their views on the kind of services they get from their service providers. This gave them a chance to talk to some of their clients and find out what happens in the field when a consumer is not satisfied with their services. This consumer advice complaints are normally handled in a very scary manner because they do not include the hand of the law, but the victims tend to carry out the process of correction at a personal level. Due to this fact, the ministry has set aside a particular day where consumers can be forwarding their complains without any worries to the relevant resources because if they choose to handle the cases at a more personal level, it will be a bi problem for the people of this caliber since the law will not spare them at all. The idea of taking matters into your own hands is completely discouraged in the whole of the United Kingdom state.
