One thing you can be certain of in this life : change. And in the business world, change is something we all have to deal with. We don't like change, especially if things are going OK. But if we can handle change, we're ready for anything. New technology, new competitors, new legislation, problems with suppliers, new clients, all these are changes that impact a business.
