I'm tired of all the tinny sounds I hear coming out of modern compositions. The sound frequencies are so non-dynamic and ultra-compressed - making them so-called "radio friendly" (i.e. equally loud sounds throughout each song) and frankly awful to listen to from the point of view of anyone who is even remotely into sound production. I searched for recording studios france in Google the other day as I want my band's debut album to be recorded in a proper studio by a proper record producer who understands the nuances and subtleties of record production. Yes, it's more expensive than doing it ourselves via software, but our album will last forever, and it could be a our launchpad to a career in music, so why compromise? Also, a lot of bands are producing themselves, and it's easy to hear that they are producing themselves as the production values are lacking - we want to be different. |

As I see my children grow up, I came to a realization that parenting is not an easy job, especially when you have teenagers to deal with. It can be tough and really stressful. As a matter of fact, I have never so stressed out in my life as much as I am these days. My son, Angelo, is fourteen and my daughter, Therese, is thirteen. I did not realize that they have grown up so fast and it seems that I have been left behind in a lot of ways. A lot of times, I find myself arguing with them. All of a sudden, I always find myself shouting at home, just to see that things are done as expected. I am not happy with how we have been relating to each other in the past few days and for sure my children resent my ways, too. One time, I heard Angelo asking Therese something about facebook create event. In my effort to reach out to them, I joined in their conversation, hoping that they would warm up with me. But then they turned their backs and never spoke a word again. |

I took a video last week during my sister's last yoga presentation during talent show I her school, and the presentation was perfect without any mistakes. I have never seen my sister come up with such a pretty talent and to be honest I am so glad that she is able to practice yoga. We then decided to encourage her to start teaching yoga lessons in our estate for less payment compared to the expensive gyms and classes people are used to paying, after all she is qualified and it is her talent. We posted the video adverts using the facebook video upload to all the people that we new in our estate so that they are able to see what she can practically do in a yoga class. You would not believe if I told you that now she has a class of more than the people and she is doing quite well. I am glad that she can finally pay her fee and continue with her education and as for me I will start looking for a job so that I can assist her. |

There are some authors who are exceptional because of the amount of creativity that they have put in the books in which they write. Author jk rowling is one of these authors who are loved by many people who have read her books. She is the one who has written the Harry Potter sequels that have even been converted to movie scripts and still maintained the same cast from the first movie to the current last movie that is divided in two parts. There are some books that many people find less interesting but not jk rowling's books which are amazing. The fist book, 'Harry potter and the sorcerer's stone' to the last book, 'Harry potter and the deathly hallows have all been very successful. The characters of the books have captivated all their readers and to make it better, when he books became converted to movies, the readers were able to relate to the characters on the books to the ones in the movies. The readers are able to see the books come in to live and that tends to be very exiting. |

The advancement of technology brings more surprises to the world by day. This is considering the great changes that come with it that makes things work out much better than they used to be before. Graphic design is about more than just aesthetics - there must be some function behind the form. The phrase "form follows function" is a very good one - that's how you should think when you design anything. You must think about the purpose of this design. What is it trying to communicate? What are the target audience that will view / use this design? I would not want to move out of the university dormitories even if someone offered to pay for an apartment off campus. This is because life on campus is really exhilarating. There is no hustle of transport because I have everything I need in the school compound. If I need to take coffee I can have it at the cafeteria or I could go to the school coffee shop. If I need to get books, then I could buy them at the school books store. If I need to go off campus, then the school bus can take me there and bring me back. One thing I like about university dorm life is the fact that I have all my friends near and we use facebook to communicate each other all the time. When we go out we take lots of picture and then we upload them in to facebook. For the freshmen who do not have an account with facebook, we help them create an account and we help them facebook verify account. With their facebook accounts that have been verified, then they can be able to get a lot of updates. |

Being in a position to network is very inspiring for most people because we are here to make good relationships. That is why even small children socialize when put together. You will find out that children who can not speak yet can communicate to each other and the need to do so can be seen by any one in that place. This is why it is always good to make sure that a child is not isolated. When they become adults the need to be with others who you can call friends is very important. Facebook has provided an avenue where people can network with others and make new friends while retaining the old ones. When one joins facebook, they get friend requests and at times one does not want them which you can solve by writing not now. However if you already have a friend and you do not want them you should use facebook delete friend. This is by clicking the delete icon and making sure that you have checked if it has been done. |

My favorite artist is Frida Kahlo, because she was not afraid to paint self-portraits time and time again, and she reveled in bright colors - I have many canvas art prints of her work. I admire her because she was self-taught, and she did not allow her lack of formal instruction to inhibit her. In fact, direction from anyone except herself may have robbed her of the uniqueness of her style. She was able to express physical pain and isolation. She drew upon aspects of her background and experience, that of an indigenous woman and an observer of and perhaps a participant in the Mexican revolution. Frida said, “I was born a bitch I was born a painter”. That statement summarizes her persona. Perhaps I admire Frida for her personal outrageousness. She was a Trotskyite, and bisexual. Her marriage was turbulent, perhaps even violent. Insisting on claiming her Hungarian-Jewish heritage, she has been found to have been of German Lutheran descent on her father’s side. Even this illusion is compelling. |
