About That Organic Warm Sound Only a Studio Can Produce

I'm tired of all the tinny sounds I hear coming out of modern compositions. The sound frequencies are so non-dynamic and ultra-compressed - making them so-called "radio friendly" (i.e. equally loud sounds throughout each song) and frankly awful to listen to from the point of view of anyone who is even remotely into sound production. I searched for recording studios france in Google the other day as I want my band's debut album to be recorded in a proper studio by a proper record producer who understands the nuances and subtleties of record production. Yes, it's more expensive than doing it ourselves via software, but our album will last forever, and it could be a our launchpad to a career in music, so why compromise? Also, a lot of bands are producing themselves, and it's easy to hear that they are producing themselves as the production values are lacking - we want to be different.
